Springwater Admin Centre

Set in a former tree nursery, this new administration centre represents a big move for the Township of Springwater as they have transitioned from sharing an office building to having their own independent space, enabling them to grow and better serve their residents. Due to its scenic setting, the building incorporates natural materials and finishes reflecting the Township’s commitment to protecting natural resources and creativity when it comes to longevity and multi-use. The design has anticipated a LEED Silver certification.
